HYPNOTHERAPY IN A "FAINTING" CASE

Hypnotherapy

Twelve-year-old Boy Krish (Name changed), was brought to me from Sikkim with the complaints of frequent fainting. Krish was getting unconscious 4 to 6 times every day. The frequency was less two months back when the fainting episodes started but had increased now. Krish would remain unconscious for two to three minutes before regaining consciousness. Needless to say, before he was brought to me, he was shown to a neurophysician, a neurosurgeon and was taken through many tests but all the reports were normal. The parents had done a  psychiatric evaluation too and nothing came out of that.

Finally, Krish was brought to me. After building a good rapport with him, I asked him if there was anything that bothered him but he did not divulge anything. Luckily for me, he was willing for hypnosis. So after explaining him about how hypnotherapy works, I took him in a state of trance. Normally we follow a protocol for our hypnotherapy sessions, we rule out foreign energies, PAB, Void etc , but here Krish was very distressed with frequent fainting episodes and and i decided to go for the cause directly.

I chose a technique called "Aura Exploration" and the reason of the fainting episodes appeared like some black colour in his aura that turned out to be the energies of a bully in school.

The whole story became clear. Krish was very badly bullied in school and was threatened that if he ever tells anybody about it, the consequences would be very bad. The bully used to snatch chocolates from Krish every day and would hit him as well. Krish was so petrified of the bully that he did not want to go to school at all and did not even have the courage to tell the parents about it. His mind manifested the fainting episodes which naturally made him skip school for last two months. The fainting episodes was his mind's way of flighting away from his painful current reality.

I made Krish gather lot of courage from a previous memory of his and with the same courage, made him deal with the bully in trance. He returned the bully's black energy, which was actually lots of fear and he got his carefreeness back.

After the session was over, Krish was actually feeling strong enough to share his ordeal with his parents. The parents took immediate steps, met the school principal and  got the bully appropriately dealt with. I had also requested the parents to buy the same chocolates for Krish which the bully used to snatch from him. The parents shared that when Krish received his chocolates back, it was actually like some lost part of his came back to him.

Once Krish was assured that the bully won't be troubling him again and had been appropriately reprimanded, his fainting episodes started to decrease. A couple of more sessions were done where a positive trigger was given, positive suggestions were given to his mind and the fainting attacks absolutely disappeared sooner than i had expected.

As we rightly say in hypnotherapy, all the questions are there in the conscious mind and all the answers are there in the subconscious mind and therapy bridges that gap.

I realise, therapies can be absolutely simple and yet very powerful.

Every successful case continues to strengthen my faith in power of the subconscious mind.
